Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not accept advance or online payments. All orders placed on our store are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Orders are confirmed via phone call or message before dispatch.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders that cannot be confirmed may be canceled without notice.

Shipping Time

Delivery Time: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or remote locations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Any applicable shipping fee must also be paid in cash upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, the package will be returned to us.

Order Refusal & Non-Acceptance

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in blacklisting of the customer from future purchases.
Please place an order only if you are sure you will accept and pay for it upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
